Phew. So this time we had another long break from updates. The guild even went inactive for a short time, but we all came back to raiding after 3.1, to see Ulduar in its glory. On our first lockout in Ulduar we managed to kill 6 bosses. That’s almost half the instance cleared already. Yeah, we’re still kicking.
Only 5 killshots this time, because our friend, Jeenis the Deconstructor managed to deconstruct his larger counterpart, the XT-002 Deconstructor boss we downed, so we didn’t have the opportunity to save a screenshot.

Expect more this week.

Oh, we also downed Malygos, but it’s not even worth mentioning this late in WotLK

Right. So we had a short break from raiding, but now we’re definitely back. Our last raid took us to Naxxramas, where we decided to start small - there were just 9 of us, at least two people right after reaching 80 without any special gear… you know how it looks like.
Well… if you know TG you always know how surprised we can be at our own commitment to downing something - that night we not only killed Razuvious which was our first target, but managed to clear the whole spider wing! Anub’rekhan, Faerlina and Maexxna are now down for us, on our first-ever raid in WotLK! *cheer*

After a long, long break, Twilight Guardian is alive and kicking once more! Nestor and I, along with our most dedicated members decided it would be really cool if we’d reactivate TG for WotLK, so we will. Some things are gonna change - we’d definitely like to keep things more laid back and casual than they were. We’ll probably be aiming for 10-man content, we won’t be using DKP, we’re gonna try raiding every time we feel like it and we’ll see how this works out.
As for the things that we’d like to stay the way they were - the friendly atmosphere, the everliving guildchat and everything else our members brought to TG.

We are good on schedule! We managed, like promised in last newspost, to kill the almighty Archimonde on yesterdays raid in Mount Hyjal. It took us some more time then previous bosses because of the slightly complexer fight. We had some fire and airburst issues but in the end we mastered it well and we took him down with ease!

As promised, a quick update. This week we managed to down additional 2 bosses in the Black Temple. Shade of Akama went down on our second try and we managed to master the Teron Gorefiend encounter on the same, first night.

Our next target is Archimonde, as we want to be able to clear MH on 1 night and spend the rest of our time in the Black Temple. Sounds fun, doesn’t it? Expect him down next week.
