Its there! (submitted by Ash at 06:31pm CEST) The website is up. Minor errors in the member's list (wrong or no race for your character) can be fixed by msging me ingame. This post will be replaced by the DKP rules later today. Any suggestions -> TG board. ------------------------------------------ Rules: To make it short - we will be using standard DKP procedures, with bidding. We're not using ZeroSumDKP because of the problem it would cause with new people joining. When the bidding starts, there will be no noise on /ra. When the bidding starts, the first person that says on /ra that he/she bids the min. price wins the bid. Then, the next smallest amount another person may bid is the last price +5 DKP. The only exception to this rule is when a person doesn't have more than the current price +5 DKP. He/she may then say that he goes 'all out' to win the bid. He/she may, however, still be outbid by someone that has more DKP. People are awarded DKP _after_ each raid, for each boss we kill + a small bonus for every hour of raiding. Progress raids and raids on which we're learning new encounters will also be rewarded significantly. It is also possible to get a small, but sometimes sufficient bonus in DKP for showing up on time (if the raid time is standard - be online before 20.00 server time). We spend DKP on items. Item prices will vary but you can expect them to be about 3 boss kills worth in DKP per item. Tier items and especially good weapons and armor will have their prices heightened a bit. People that are not chosen for raids may still be awarded the full DKP amount under two conditions: 1) They stay online on their main character for the whole duration of the raid (being online on an alt is also permitted, but you have to let the DKP officer know.). 2) You will respond to the DKP officer's query after each boss kill to check if you're online and ready to join us if needed. Alts/Socials and Trials are not allowed to spend DKP unless no raiding member needs the item. They, however, have their own DKP pool which they can spend as soon as they become raiding members. We are using one DKP pool per account. If somehow you manage to get into the raid with your alt, and you are permitted to spend DKP on an item, you're using your main character's DKP pool. For the time being, the only way to gain DKP is by raiding. We'll let you know when that changes. We reserve the right to force people to spend DKP on an item if a radical situation occurs, like someone using a blue lv68 item because he's saving dkp for his uber weapon from Illidan. Bear that in mind. Don't hog the DKP, your upgrade is as important to the guild as it is to you. These rules are subject to change. You will be notified on the board whenever a change happens. Have fun raiding with us, and good luck! ***Update 1*** Another obvious rule is that if the slots for your class are overpopulated, the people with the most DKP have priority over those with lower DKP. It's due to the fact that they have a higher chance of getting items. The person staying outside will of course still get the full DKP if he stays online. Also - we've lowered the requirement for getting passive DKP. You have to be online with your main or alt, on the same server, in the same guild. You do _NOT_ have to be at the instance entrance. |
